West Creek 2 (12072), United States of America, Richmond, VirginiaPrincipal Process Manager | Human Resources Data Management & GovernanceAbout the HR Data Management and Governance TeamThe People, Products, and Data’s (PP&D) organization, within the Human Resources Line-of-Business (LoB), is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our Data Management & Governance Team.About the role:As a Principle Associate of Process Management within the HR Data Management & Governance team you will play a pivotal role in owning the Access Governance processes and controls as well as support additional BAU activities to ensure that data management is compliant with IDM policies. In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to provide status reports, perform light analysis using Snowflake and work with our People, Products, and Data technical teams to ensure our end users are removed or added to the appropriate entitlements. In addition you will be responsible for creating and/or maintaining updated process documentation for how Access Governance is provisioned across the Human Resources Division.Some qualities which will contribute to success in this role include, but are not limited to: strong verbal and written communication skills; strong process documentation skills; customer focus as you work closely with our Performing Data Stewards, and ability to coordinate large efforts across cross-functional Teams, when needed. Weekly review of All Access/Snowgrant requests for HR Data
Partner with our Product & People technical teams for our weekly removal process.
Respond to 2nd-line’s Data Effective Challenges , where applicable to Data Governance
Create updated procedures/ Job Aids for Access Governance so that our partners are aware of our approval workflows.
Creation of new Active Directory groups to support new data within the People Data Platform platform.
Quarterly audit control for our HR Active Directory groups to ensure the right people have access to the appropriate roles
Support Data Audit and MRA remediation, when applicable
Partner with EDRM & Risk as well as various 1st and 2nd-line Oversight Teams to support joint-initiatives and projects
Partner w/ Product and People Tech to support Product development and perform risk assessment
Assist with updates to presentations for Leadership, when needed
Serve as Gov. advisor for data access, incident/ defect identification, and related questions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Data Governance, Risk Management or a combination
At least 3 years of Process Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Project Management or a combination certification
Experience with query execution in Snowflake
Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Jira
4+ years of experience in Data Management, Governance or a combination
4+ years of experience in Process Management
